• Participate in the design and development of automotive electrical and electronic systems and components.
• Support system integration, wiring/harness layout, component selection and electrical interface definition.
• Prepare and review engineering specifications, drawings, BOMs and technical documents.
• Coordinate with design, testing, manufacturing, project and supplier teams to meet quality, timing and cost targets.
• Analyze technical issues during development and validation, and drive corrective actions through closure.
• Support technical communication with customers, suppliers and internal engineering teams.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics or a related field.
• Good understanding of automotive electrical/electronic systems and product development processes.
• Ability to read technical drawings, specifications and engineering documentation.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English or Chinese is required; proficiency in both is preferred.
• Automotive R&, OEM, Tier-1 or FDI experience is an advantage.
