We are looking for someone with key skills and able to perform the following roles & responsibilities :-

Automotive Ethernet Hardware Engineer

Gothenburg, Sweden

Role Summary:

Core Technical Competence Requirements:

1. Deep knowledge of Automotive Ethernet and IEEE 802.3 standards
2. Strong experience with PHY/MAC interfaces, SerDes and signal integrity
3. Advanced oscilloscope usage (high-speed measurements, decoding, eye diagrams, jitter, triggering)
4. Hands-on lab debugging and hardware validation
5. Packet/frame-level analysis using tools such as Wireshark
6. Understanding of switch architectures (VLANs, QoS, TSN, buffering, forwarding behavior)
7. Experience with embedded Linux or RTOS environments and low-level drivers
8. Hardware bring-up, board validation and component-level debugging
9. Knowledge of automotive Ethernet communication L2/L3 protocols (UDP, TCP/IP, SOME/IP)
10. Knowledge of software build chain using GitLab/Git/Jenkins
11. Hands-on experience in programming languages Python/C/C++
