Position Highlights:

• Collaborate with a skilled team of automotive professionals to provide top-notch service to our valued customers.
• Utilize your communication and problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction and address their vehicle maintenance needs, with an emphasis on express and routine maintenance services.
• Contribute to creating a positive culture under new ownership!

Primary Responsibilities:

• Meet with customers and determine their needs for repair and/or service of their vehicle issues.
• Increase customer satisfaction by building customer relations.
• Maintain the company’s standards for ethical business practices, professional image, orderliness, customer service and good employee and community relations.
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently.
• Increase profitability by maximizing sales and executing retail promotions.
• Be responsible for overseeing the technician working on customers’ vehicles, including their time management/efficiency, parts ordering, and job completion times.
• Oversee and participate in quality control.
• Participate in the development and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures as appropriate.

Qualifications:

• Previous automotive service experience preferred, particularly in an express service environment.
• Domestic automotive experience preferred.
• Previous experience in automotive service or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow established procedures.
