Job scopes

As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will oversee daily shopfloor operations to ensure production targets, quality
standards, and safety requirements are achieved. You will lead operators and line leaders, drive operational
discipline, and support continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Supervise daily production activities, ensuring output meets production plans, quality standards, and customer requirements.
• Lead operators and line leaders across shifts to ensure smooth operations, manpower allocation, and workforce discipline.
• Ensure adherence to work instructions, manufacturing processes, SOPs, and internal/external audit requirements.
• Monitor production performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure product quality through effective process control, inspection, problem-solving, and resolution of quality issues.
• Develop and execute production plans to meet customer demand and drive on-time delivery through effective resource coordination.
• Monitor production costs, manpower, and resource utilization while applying continuous improvement and problem-solving tools.
• Develop team capabilities through training and coaching, while ensuring compliance with EHS policies, safety procedures, risk assessments, incident investigations, and legal requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing environment
• Supervisory experience is preferred
• Basic knowledge of production systems and reporting tools
• Experience in manufacturing or production supervision environment
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and shopfloor management
• Experience managing operators and handling day-to-day production issues
• Familiar with basic problem-solving tools and continuous improvement practices
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
