Audi, BMW, Mini, Mercedes and exotic vehicles. We are a fast growing dynamic company looking for passionate talented people to join our team. Makes &
Models is looking for a full-time A Level and or Automotive Master Technician with at least 4 years experience in the automotive industry. Pay $32.00 - $50.00/hourly flat rate based on experience.

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

• Identify problems, often by using computerized diagnostic equipment
• Responsible for repair and preventive maintenance of automobiles
• Plan work procedures, using charts, technician manuals, and experience
• Test parts and systems to ensure they work properly
• Follow checklists to ensure maintenance and repairs meet company and manufacture standards
• Perform basic care and maintenance including changing oil, checking fluid levels, and rotating tires
• Repair or replace worn parts
• Perform repairs to manufacturer and clients specifications
• Follow company process and procedures
• Explain automotive problems and repairs to clients

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills and is able to translate complex technical jargon into plain English for the average client
• Good diagnostic skills
• Problem solving skills. Technicians should be able to find the best solution in a limited amount of time
• Solid work ethic and integrity
• Strong technical aptitude. Technicians should be able to use a variety of technical tools to diagnose and address a wide variety of vehicular challenges
• Up to date technology
• Personal tool inventory
• Valid driver’s license with driving record that adheres to company standards

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• A certification from a trade or technical school in Automotive.
