Automotive Plastic Moulding Technician

We are looking for a skilled Automotive Plastic Moulding Technician to join our team at ROOP POLYMERS LTD. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in plastic moulding, with a strong background in automotive plastic moulding and excellent technical skills.

Roles and Responsibility

• Operate and maintain plastic moulding machines for efficient production.

• Monitor and control the quality of molded products to meet customer requirements.

• Collaborate with the production team to achieve daily targets and optimize output.

• Troubleshoot issues with mold design, material, or manufacturing processes.

• Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards.

• Develop and implement process improvements to boost productivity and reduce waste.

Job Requirements

• Strong knowledge of plastic moulding principles and practices.

• Experience working with automotive manufacturers or suppliers is preferred.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Familiarity with quality control measures and inspection procedures.
