Location: Texas | On-site
We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer with solid experience in automotive components manufacturing to join a growing operation in Texas.
Key responsibilities
- Support and optimize manufacturing processes for automotive components.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, cost, and process stability.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams.
- Support process documentation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in the introduction or industrialization of new products and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 6–7 years of experience in automotive components manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience with process optimization, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving.
- Familiarity with automotive quality standards and plant operations.
- Availability to work on-site in Texas.
