Automotive Sales Associate

We are looking for an experienced Automotive Sales Associate who knows how to sell, follow up and generate business. This is not an entry-level sales position. We're looking for someone who understands that success in automotive sales doesn't come from waiting for the next customer to walk through the door.

The right candidate knows how to build a pipeline, work their customer base, follow up consistently, ask for referrals and create opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• Previous automotive sales experience required
• Proven ability to generate your own business and maintain a customer pipeline
• Strong prospecting and follow-up skills
• Comfortable working leads through phone, text, email and CRM
• Ability to build repeat and referral business
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable in a commission-based environment
• Customer-focused with a professional approach
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to work weekends as scheduled

Compensation

This is a commission-based sales position with earnings directly tied to individual performance.

Expected annual earnings: $60,000–$150,000 based on personal sales performance.
