Duties

• Greet customers warmly and professionally, establishing trust and rapport from the first interaction
• Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues to facilitate efficient repairs
• Explain repair recommendations clearly, emphasizing benefits and available options to encourage upselling of additional services
• Coordinate with technicians to prioritize work orders and ensure timely completion of repairs
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts while maintaining accountability
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs or questions
• Maintain detailed records of all service activities, sales, and customer interactions for reporting purposes

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a automotive service environment is highly preferred
• preferred mechanical knowledge or experience to understand vehicle repairs and diagnostics
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and confidently
• Proven sales ability
• Familiarity with automotive repair processes, parts, and service recommendations
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
• Motivated team player with a positive attitude eager to grow within the automotive industry

Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
