We are seeking a motivated and personable Service Advisor to join our dynamic automotive service team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact with our customers, ensuring every visit is smooth, transparent, and reassuring. No automotive experience is required, just a great attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine willingness to learn. Duties

• Greet customers promptly and listen carefully to their vehicle concerns and service needs
• Schedule and manage service appointments to keep the shop running efficiently
• Communicate clearly with customers about recommended repairs, timelines, and pricing
• Work closely with technicians to understand service findings and relay information accurately
• Maintain accurate customer and service records throughout the repair process
• Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships

Skills

• No automotive experience required, we provide full paid training
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain information clearly and confidently
• Excellent customer service mindset with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple customers and tasks at once
• Comfortable using basic computer systems and service software (training provided)
• Reliable, coachable, and eager to grow within the automotive industry
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required
