Automotive Service Advisor

Steve's European Automotive is looking for a professional Automotive Service Advisor to join our team!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Service Advisor greets customers, listens to their description of the problem or service needed, and determines the type of service required. They act as a liaison between the customer and technicians, facilitating the repair process.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ Years Experience as a Service Advisor/Service Writer
• Automotive knowledge (European knowledge is a plus!)
• Computer experience (Microsoft knoweldge is a plus!)
• Able to drive a vehicle with a manual transmission
• Valid driver's license
• Able to work in team environment
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Time management skills
• Exhibit honesty and integrity in job performance and in life

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
