Join Our Team as a Toyota Service Advisor

We are looking for a customer-focused Toyota Service Advisor to join our service department.

If you understand automotive service, know how to build trust with customers, and want to work in a professional dealership where your performance is rewarded, we'd like to meet you.

Our Service Advisors are the connection between our customers and our technicians. You'll be responsible for providing an outstanding customer experience while accurately identifying service needs, presenting recommendations, and helping drive the success of the service department.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers promptly and professionally
• Conduct vehicle walkarounds and document customer concerns
• Write accurate and detailed repair orders
• Recommend maintenance and repairs based on vehicle needs
• Clearly explain recommended services, repairs, and costs to customers
• Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the repair process
• Work closely with technicians and the Parts Department to ensure efficient workflow
• Review completed repairs with customers and explain work performed
• Follow up with customers regarding declined services and future maintenance needs
• Maintain strong customer satisfaction
• Follow Toyota processes, policies, and manufacturer standards
• Handle customer concerns professionally and work toward positive resolutions

What We're Looking For

• Previous automotive dealership Service Advisor experience preferred
• Toyota experience is a major plus
• Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with customers
• Highly organized with excellent follow-through
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced service environment
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
