We’re looking for a Service Advisor who can keep things organized, professional, and occasionally laugh at the chaos.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

You’ll be the bridge between our customers and our technicians — translating “my car is making a weird noise” into something actionable and profitable.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers (bonus points if you can smile before coffee)
• Writing accurate repair estimates
• Explaining repairs in a way that makes sense to normal humans
• Answering phones without sounding like you hate phones
• Scheduling vehicles efficiently (like Tetris, but with cars)
• Managing workflow so technicians stay productive
• Keeping customers updated so no one feels forgotten
• Making sure vehicles leave on time and customers leave happy

What We’re Looking For

• Previous service advising experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask without melting down
• Thick skin (some days get busy)
• Attention to detail
• A team-first attitude
• Someone who understands that customer service is part psychology, part organization, part sales

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 43.0 per week
