Automotive Service Advisor – Lexus of Bedford

Lexus of Bedford is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the primary point of contact between our service guests and technicians. Responsibilities include:

• Greet customers and provide a professional, welcoming service experience
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle needs
• Prepare repair orders and clearly communicate recommended maintenance and repairs
• Provide customers with accurate estimates and regular updates on their vehicles
• Work closely with technicians and the service team to ensure repairs are completed efficiently
• Review completed work and invoices with customers
• Help customers understand Lexus maintenance schedules and recommended services
• Follow up with customers and help build lasting relationships
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle information
• Deliver the high level of hospitality and attention to detail expected from the Lexus brand

What We’re Looking For

• Previous automotive Service Advisor experience is preferred, but we are open to training the right candidate
• Experience with Xtime is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional, positive attitude
• Organized and able to manage multiple customers and repair orders at once
• Comfortable using computers and dealership software
• Ability to work effectively with technicians, managers, and other departments
• Strong follow-through and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
