Service Advisor – Palm Beach Mitsubishi

Join our state-of-the-art service center in West Palm Beach! We’re looking for a high-energy Service Advisor who knows how to sell service and parts, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and keep the drive lane moving. Strong communication skills are a must.

What You’ll Do

• Drive appointments with proactive outbound calls and texts
• Check in vehicles using DealerFX and open repair orders in Reynolds & Reynolds
• Build estimates, add labor times, present options, and earn customer approvals
• Coordinate with technicians and the parts team to keep work moving
• Close repair orders in Reynolds & Reynolds
• Follow up after service to support customer satisfaction and encourage reviews

What We’re Looking For

• Three or more years of Service Advisor experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds and Recon Vision preferred
• A positive, energetic approach and the ability to keep customers informed
