AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR – EUROPEAN VEHICLES

We are looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to manage the customer journey from vehicle reception to delivery. Experience with European vehicles is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, record complaints accurately, and prepare complete job cards with vehicle condition details.
• Coordinate inspections and diagnosis with the technical team.
• Explain findings, distinguish urgent repairs from recommended work, and prepare clear estimates.
• Obtain documented customer approval before starting repairs or additional work.
• Coordinate with technicians and the parts team to monitor progress and delivery timelines.
• Keep customers informed about repair status, costs, and delays.
• Recommend relevant services and maintenance based on vehicle needs.
• Confirm approved work, quality checks, and final inspections are completed before delivery.
• Explain completed repairs, invoices, warranty terms, and any unresolved or declined work.
• Collect payments, follow up on outstanding dues, and maintain accurate ERP records.
• Handle complaints professionally and follow up after service.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Sales achievement: Meet agreed monthly invoiced sales and gross profit targets.
• Estimate approval rate: Track the percentage of quoted value approved by customers.
• On-time delivery: Track vehicles delivered within the committed timeline.
• Customer communication: Provide timely updates for every assigned vehicle.
• Customer satisfaction: Monitor feedback scores and complaint resolution time.
• Payment collection: Meet collection targets and control overdue customer balances.
• Documentation accuracy: Maintain complete job cards, estimates, approvals, and invoices.
• Customer retention: Track repeat bookings and service reminder conversions.

Requirements

• Previous automotive Service Advisor experience; UAE/GCC experience preferred.
• Good understanding of European vehicle servicing and repairs.
• Strong communication, customer handling, and ethical sales skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vehicles and coordinate workshop activities.
• Experience using workshop ERP or garage management software.
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred.
