Position Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Automotive Service Advisor/Writer to lead our team in achieving ambitious targets for new and pre-owned Audi vehicles. This role demands a strategic leader with a proven record in automotive sales, a commitment to operational excellence, and the ability to drive dealership growth while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly, listen actively to their vehicle concerns, and provide expert guidance on recommended services
• Write detailed service orders and repair estimates using estimating software, ensuring clarity and transparency for clients
• Upsell additional services by highlighting benefits such as vehicle safety, reliability, and performance enhancements
• Manage customer interactions throughout the repair process, providing updates and explaining repair procedures in understandable terms
• Maintain thorough records of service history, estimates, and customer communications for future reference

Experience

• Proven dealership or automotive service center experience as a Service Advisor or Service Writer
• Strong automotive paint knowledge with familiarity in detailing and Paint Protection Films.
• Experience using estimating software and computer-aided vehicle damage estimating tools
• Background in automotive repair including auto service management and collision repair processes
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally
• Knowledge of automotive makes and models across a large range of variety.
• Prior experience in upselling services and managing client relationships effectively
