Automotive Service Service Appointment Coordinator

We are currently looking to fill our Automotive Service Receptionist position for our busy Service Department. This position would involve taking incoming Service calls and booking appointments to have our client's vehicles serviced and going over any service recommendations suggested. Experience is not necessary however previous reception experience would be an asset.

This position is comprised of a base salary of $37500 per year plus an ongoing sales incentive bonus program. The ideal skillset in this position is a pleasant telephone manner, the ability to handle a few tasks at a time and maintain a high level of professionalism. The position is a Monday to Friday position 8am-5pm and the odd Saturday when needed. We offer benefits after 3 months and offer a great team working environment.
