Putnam Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Kia is looking for skilled Automotive Technicians to join our growing Service Department!

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

$50,000 – $170,000+ annually
Extremely competitive pay based on skills and experience
Full-Time | Flat Rate / Hourly Opportunities

4-DAY WORK WEEK
NO SATURDAYS

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle issues
• Inspect engines and mechanical components to accurately identify problems
• Diagnose and repair vehicle computer and electronic systems
• Perform routine maintenance and preventative services
• Repair or replace defective, worn, or damaged components
• Provide accurate estimates for repair time, cost, and required parts
• Document completed work and diagnostic findings
• Maintain equipment and tools in good condition
• Keep a clean and safe work environment
• Complete all required manufacturer and factory training
• Follow all dealership and manufacturer safety procedures

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience as an Automotive Technician
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle systems
• Experience with modern vehicle diagnostic systems and scan tools
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• ASE Certification preferred
• Previous automotive dealership experience is a definite plus
• Manufacturer training/certifications are a plus
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
