THE PAY

If you're good at this, you have the opportunity to make $70,000–$120,000+ per year.

You won't have to walk into a shop and create the systems yourself.

THE JOB

You own the customer experience from first contact to final delivery and follow-up.

You'll be responsible for:

• Understanding the customer's concerns
• Communicating clearly with technicians
• Presenting repairs in plain English
• Selling honestly and ethically
• Following up with customers
• Keeping vehicles moving through the shop
• Hitting promised completion times
• Hitting Goals
• Following our Key-to-Key process
• Reviewing DVI findings with customers
• Maintaining accurate and complete ROs
• Tracking and improving your numbers
• Customers Updates

Speed of Service Matters

Cars shouldn't sit because someone didn't make a call.

Communication, urgency, organization, and follow-through are critical to this position.

Experience We're Looking For

• 3+ years of automotive service advising or comparable customer-facing sales experience
• Valid driver's license
• Insurable driving record
• Computer proficient
• Strong communication skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
