What we expect:

You’ll be part of a small, international team that develops and delivers training programs designed to upskill

ISUZU distributors and service teams. You’ll combine your technical knowledge with creativity,

communication and a desire to empower others. This role offers both structure and flexibility - perfect for

professionals who enjoy variety, ownership, and collaboration. A major part of the role involves developing

hands-on training materials, with around 30-40 % of the time dedicated to conducting live Train-the-Trainer

sessions and creating video tutorials. Travel will be a smaller component of the role about 10 % of working

days, including occasional trips to Japan.

• Design and update technical service training for ISUZU distributors, OEMs, dealers
• Align training content with ISUZU Japan and the European distributor network
• Continuously improving training methods (classroom and digital)
• Support the daily operations of the Training Center (e.g. room setup, welcoming participants)

Your Profile:

• A completed qualification as Master Craftsman (Kfz-Meister), State-Certified Technician

(staatlich geprüfter KFZ-Techniker) or equivalent

• Practical experience in diagnostics, repair and service, from a dealership or workshop environment
• A genuine interest in training and education combined with proven training experience is required
• Business fluent English skills (C1 level or higher)
• Strong self-organization and presentation skills, and a proactive mindset for continuous learning
• A car driver’s license is required, a truck driver’s license would be an advantage
