Automotive Team leader - Quick Service (Al Ain Branch)

1. Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of quick service technicians and support staff.
2. Assign work to team members and monitor workflow to ensure timely service delivery.
3. Ensure all services, including oil changes, tire rotation, battery replacement, fluid top-ups, and basic inspections, are completed accurately and efficiently.
4. Monitor service quality and conduct final checks before vehicle handover.
5. Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and company operating procedures.
6. Coach, train, and motivate team members to improve technical skills and customer service.
7. Support technicians in diagnosing and resolving basic service-related issues.
8. Coordinate with Service Advisors to manage customer appointments, walk-ins, and service updates.
9. Monitor workshop productivity, turnaround times, and technician performance.
10. Ensure workshop tools, equipment, and service bays are clean, organized, and properly maintained.
11. Monitor inventory of oils, filters, tires, batteries, and other consumables, and report replenishment requirements.
12. Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
13. Prepare daily operational reports and support the Service Manager in achieving business objectives.
