Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a background in automotive repair and maintenance, with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently. The technician will work on a diverse range of vehicles ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Duties

• Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on automotive systems, including mechanical, electrical, and powertrain components.
• Conduct routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
• Repair or replace faulty parts using hand tools and power tools while adhering to safety standards.
• Interpret schematics and technical manuals to ensure accurate repairs and service.
• Work with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) to calibrate sensors and ensure proper functionality.
• Maintain detailed records of services performed and communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle's condition.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques through continuous learning.

Experience

• Proficiency in automotive diagnostics and repair techniques, including experience with transmissions, alignments, and welding is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with automotive electrical systems and the ability to troubleshoot electrical issues effectively.
• Experience in auto estimating is a plus, along with strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients.
• A solid understanding of vehicle maintenance practices is essential, along with a commitment to quality workmanship.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
