What You'll Do

Technical Sales & Customer Engagement

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities within assigned areas and customer accounts.
• Build strong relationships with automotive workshops, fleet operators, business owners, and other customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable automotive products, services, and technical solutions.
• Support the achievement of sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Conduct customer visits, product presentations, technical discussions, and demonstrations.

Automotive Technical Consultation

• Provide technical advice on automotive concerns involving:
• Vehicle and truck repairs
• Automotive electrical systems
• Automotive air-conditioning
• Mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostics
• Explain technical information to customers in a practical and easy-to-understand way.
• Help customers identify the appropriate product or solution based on their vehicle or operational requirements.
• Provide technical assistance before and after the sale.

Training & Technical Support

• Share technical knowledge with customers, junior team members, and sales personnel.
• Conduct product or technical orientations when required.
• Serve as a technical resource during customer consultations and problem-solving.
• Coordinate with internal sales, service, and operations teams to ensure customer requirements are properly handled.

What We're Looking For

We encourage experienced auto mechanics, lead mechanics, workshop supervisors, foremen, technical trainers, automotive service professionals, and similar candidates to apply.

Required Experience

• At least 6years of hands-on automotive mechanical experience
• Strong knowledge of:
• Automotive mechanical repair
• Vehicle and truck troubleshooting
• Automotive electrical systems
• Automotive air-conditioning
• Vehicle diagnostics
• At least 2 years of experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, Manager, Senior Mechanic, Lead Mechanic, or Technical Trainer
• Comfortable communicating and explaining technical information to customers
• Customer-focused and willing to develop a career in sales
• Able to build relationships and influence customer purchasing decisions through technical expertise
• Willing to handle customer visits and provide field-based technical support

Previous sales experience is an advantage, but strong automotive technical expertise and customer-facing ability are highly valued.
