Automotive Technician (B-Tech / C-Tech / Entry-Level)

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated Automotive Technician at the B-Tech or C-Tech or entry level to join our team. The right candidate has hands-on mechanical aptitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to quality work. You will perform maintenance and repair services across a variety of makes and models, working alongside experienced technicians in a supportive shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid services, and brake inspections.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using shop diagnostic equipment.
• Identify worn or damaged components and complete repairs or replacements accurately.
• Communicate findings and repair needs clearly to service advisors.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed on vehicles.
• Follow all shop safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Participate in ongoing training and manufacturer-specific education as opportunities arise.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a shop preferred; entry-level candidates with strong aptitude welcome
• Familiarity with a range of vehicle makes and models.
• Ability to use standard shop tools and basic diagnostic equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
• ASE certification(s) a plus but not required.

Tools Requirement

Technicians are expected to supply their own hand tools and toolbox. Shop equipment and specialty tools are provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
