Automotive Technician

About the role

An exciting opportunity for a qualified Automotive Technician to join the team at Enterprise Motor Group Service Centre based in Gisborne.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out service, repairs and maintenance of vehicles, as directed
• Take reasonable care to protect vehicles from damage
• Leave vehicles, once work is completed, in the original state, i.e. radio, seats and in a clean and tidy condition
• Completely fill out timesheets on the completion of each job and an exact narrative written of the work done

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, manage and meet deadlines and maintain a high quality of work
• Proactively identify issues, resolve conflicts and problems and follow through to completion
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills
• Possess flexibility and adaptability to manage changing work requirements and varying volumes of work
• Ability to work co-operatively and effectively within the team and the organisation
• NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa required
