Join Our Aftersales Team

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technician to join our Aftersales team. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance, inspections, and repair work on BMW vehicles while delivering exceptional service quality and contributing to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Vehicle Maintenance & Repairs

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repair work on BMW vehicles.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical vehicle systems.
• Inspect vehicle components for wear and tear.
• Repair or replace faulty or worn-out parts.
• Verify vehicle functionality and the performance of vehicle subsystems.

Service & Communication

• Provide timely updates to the Workshop Manager regarding additional repair requirements.
• Inform Service Advisors of any work interruptions, complications, missing parts, or delays that may impact service delivery.

Quality & Compliance

• Follow BMW repair procedures, checklists, and technical guidelines.
• Utilize tools, special equipment, and testing devices correctly and efficiently.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship that supports customer satisfaction.
• Handle warranty and replacement parts according to company procedures.
• Adhere to workplace safety standards and environmental regulations for waste disposal.
• Report any incidents or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Technical certification or training in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Vocational training from an automotive dealership or equivalent facility.
• Valid driving license.

Experience & Skills

• Previous experience as an automotive technician is preferred.
• Experience working with premium or prestige vehicle brands is an advantage.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workshop environment.
