Duties

• Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues across various vehicle systems, including electrical, mechanical, and electronic components.
• Repair and maintain powertrain components such as engines, transmissions, and drivetrain systems to ensure vehicle reliability and performance.
• Conduct vehicle suspension system repairs, wheel alignments, and steering system diagnostics to optimize handling and safety.
• Interpret automotive wiring diagrams accurately to troubleshoot electrical problems within automotive electrical systems and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems).
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and other maintenance tools to execute repairs efficiently and safely.
• Service vehicle systems including brakes, steering, exhausts, diesel engines, and transmissions while adhering to manufacturer specifications.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly, offering maintenance advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process.

Qualifications

• Proven dealership experience or extensive service technician experience working with a variety of vehicle makes and models.
• Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, schematics interpretation, and automotive electrical systems.
• Hands-on experience with automotive repair tools including hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic software.
• Mechanical knowledge of powertrain components, vehicle suspension systems, transmissions, and vehicle maintenance procedures.
• Ability to interpret automotive wiring diagrams accurately for electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
• Familiarity with ADAS technology integration and calibration processes.
• Excellent communication skills combined with a customer-focused attitude to deliver outstanding service experiences.
• Certification or training in various vehicles is a plus.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
