DUTIES: The successful candidate will :

• Keep up-to-date with information posted on info stream
• Perform maintenance and mechanical repair as required
• Ability to diagnose electrical and mechanical problems
• Identify the correct component to be replaced
• Maintain a clean and organized working environment
• Provide CCR that are clear and self-explanatory
• Review service history and recommend needed services to guests
• Promote sales of appropriate services, parts, and accessories by thoroughly understanding the product and its associated service requirements
• Write and verify accurate repair orders (CCR, mileage, service recommendations, etc.)
• Communicate effectively additional service requirements to service advisors and guests
• Perform additional duties as instructed by Service Manager or Assistant Manager

QUALIFICATIONS: The successful candidate will have:

• Multiple years of industry experience is an asset
• Hybrid technician skills are an asset
• Excellent communication skills. Fluency in English. Additional language is an asset
• Working knowledge of Quorum is an asset but not mandatory
• Track record of high sales performance with excellent CSI scores
• High School Diploma
• Ability to type more than 35 words per minute an asset
• Class 5 Driver License with a clean driving record
