What the Role Involves

• Hold a Certificate III in Automotive Technology
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an automotive technician is required.
• Be hands-on: get stuck into vehicle servicing, repairs, tyre fitting.
• Assist job scheduling, part orders and smooth workflow within the workshop.
• Communicate clearly with customers — build rapport, answer questions, keep them updated.
• Maintain a safe, clean and compliant working environment.
• Previous experience or licence as an AIS examiner is a must.
• A strong focus on customer service and relationship-building within the workshop and the community.
