Automotive Technician

Responsibilities

• Show up to work on time and ready for work. Punctuality is critical to meeting customer's needs.
• Perform multipoint inspections with exceptional attention to detail.
• Perform diagnostic testing using technical data with industry standard protocols and technical diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Diagnose driveability, electrical, mechanical, and performance concerns
• Repair engines, steering, suspsension, brakes, HVAC, cooling systems, and electrical systems on a variety al years makes and models of vehicle. (europeans are not required)
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Execute transparent communication to ensure proper repairs, testing, estimating and teamwork are completed
• Test drive vehicles
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work enviornment
• Stay up to date with the industry's technology and repair techniques

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in the automotive industry
• Dependable transportation
• ASE certification is perferred but not required if you have a proven track record of diagnostic experience
• Experience with alignment and tires
• Accurate Diagnostic Testing is a MUST
