Candidate Profile

• Male candidates preferred
• ITI / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in automobile service and repair is preferred
• Freshers with relevant technical qualifications may also apply
• Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanical and electrical systems
• Ability to use workshop tools and diagnostic equipment
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Teamwork and willingness to learn

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle inspection, servicing, maintenance, and repairs.
• Carry out periodic maintenance such as oil changes, filter replacement, brake inspection, and fluid checks.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues using appropriate diagnostic tools.
• Repair or replace faulty vehicle parts and components.
• Work on engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, steering, AC, and other vehicle systems as required.
• Perform quality checks after completing repair and maintenance work.
• Conduct road tests when authorized to verify vehicle performance.
• Complete assigned jobs within the required turnaround time while maintaining quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts replaced, and service work completed.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors and Team Leaders regarding job progress and additional repair requirements.
• Follow Toyota/manufacturer service procedures and workshop standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and properly handle tools and equipment.
• Follow all workshop safety and environmental procedures.
• Handle customer vehicles carefully and professionally.
