Automotive Technician

We are looking for an Automotive Technician at the Tire Doctor in Cornelius. An ideal applicant will have experience with tires, oil changes, alignments, and brake services. Availability to work at least some Saturdays is required. Ability to speak Spanish would be a nice bonus.

Applicants should expect to spend their days working on our core services with occasional light mechanical repairs.

We hire, fire, promote, and make decisions in alignment with our core values.

1. We care.

2. We execute with excellence.

3. We are coachable.

4. We adapt and overcome.

5. We operate with Honesty and Integrity.

6. We are fun and pleasant to be around.

There is a lot of detail that explains these values further, and there are additional considerations in every hiring decision, but these are core to who we are. If you read these and don't see yourself thriving in an environment where you are evaluated on these six criteria, we would encourage you to apply elsewhere. However, if you read these and it sounds like a breath of fresh air, then we would love to have you apply and have a chance to work in a place that aligns with who you are.
