Automotive Service Technician – All Skill Levels Welcome

Watson Benzie is seeking Automotive Service Technicians of all experience levels to join our busy and growing service department. Whether you’re just starting your automotive career or you’re an experienced technician looking for your next opportunity, we’d like to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs appropriate to your skill level, following dealership and manufacturer standards
• Assist with or perform diagnosis and troubleshooting based on experience
• Complete work orders and documentation thoroughly and on time
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and other team members
• Participate in training to develop your technical knowledge and skills
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Qualifications:

• All skill levels welcome, including entry-level applicants and experienced technicians
• Previous automotive experience is a plus, but not required
• ASE or manufacturer certifications are a plus, but not required
• Interest in automotive repair and a willingness to learn
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently within your skill level
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
