Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues across vehicle systems including powertrain, transmission, suspension, electrical systems, and ADAS (Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems).
• Conduct repairs and maintenance on various vehicle components such as engines (including diesel engines), transmissions, suspensions, alignments, and electrical wiring.
• Interpret automotive wiring diagrams and schematics accurately to troubleshoot complex electrical issues.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently for repairs, replacements, and adjustments on vehicles.
• Repair and service vehicle systems with a focus on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in vehicle inspections, maintenance planning, and auto estimating to ensure timely service delivery.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure adherence to safety standards and proper use of automotive repair equipment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an automotive technician or mechanic with dealership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, schematics interpretation, and electrical systems troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with ADAS calibration and vehicle system repairs including powertrain, transmissions, vehicle suspension systems, and vehicle maintenance.
• Familiarity with automotive wiring diagram interpretation and the use of automotive diagnostic tools.
• Mechanical knowledge complemented by proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized automotive equipment.
• Service technician experience with a focus on auto estimating, vehicle repair processes, and customer service excellence.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ASE certification or equivalent is a plus.

Pay: $25.49 - $30.70 per hour
