Automotive Technician

• Carry out vehicle servicing, maintenance, inspections, and mechanical repairs to a high professional standard.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and identify the root cause of vehicle issues.
• Use automotive diagnostic equipment to accurately identify and troubleshoot faults.
• Perform basic electronic and computerized vehicle diagnostics.
• Conduct routine maintenance, including oil and filter changes, brake systems, suspension, steering, cooling systems, and other mechanical components.
• Inspect vehicles and identify additional repair or maintenance requirements.
• Follow manufacturer specifications, workshop procedures, and health and safety standards.
• Ensure all repairs are completed efficiently, accurately, and within required timeframes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment.
• Complete service and repair documentation accurately.
• Work effectively as part of a professional workshop and service team.
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience as an automotive/service technician.
• Proven hands-on experience in automotive servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs.
• Experience working on European and German automotive brands is highly advantageous.
• Basic automotive diagnostic skills are essential.
• Practical knowledge and experience using automotive diagnostic equipment is a must.
• Good understanding of modern vehicle mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
• Ability to diagnose faults efficiently and recommend appropriate repairs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant automotive technical qualification or certification is preferred.
