Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately across various vehicle systems.
• Repair and maintain powertrain components, including engines, transmissions, and related systems, ensuring they meet manufacturer specifications.
• Conduct vehicle suspension system repairs and alignments to optimize ride quality and handling.
• Interpret automotive wiring diagrams to troubleshoot electrical systems such as automotive electrical systems and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems).
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to perform repairs on mechanical parts, electrical wiring, and vehicle components.
• Diagnose and repair diesel engines and other specialized engine types with precision and attention to detail.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair needs clearly, offering maintenance advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process.

Experience

• Proven dealership or service center experience as an automotive technician or mechanic.
• Strong familiarity with automotive diagnostics, schematics interpretation, and the use of automotive diagnostic tools.
• Hands-on experience with vehicle maintenance, including transmission system repair, vehicle suspension system repair, and alignment procedures.
• Knowledge of automotive electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and ADAS technology integration.
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently with hand tools, power tools, and automotive repair equipment.
• Experience working with Exotic & foreign vehicles is required.
• Service technician experience combined with auto estimating skills is a plus for candidates looking to grow within the role.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
