Automotive Technician

Overview
Midas Gardner/Acton is seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. We pay hourly with pay commissions/bonuses for productivity. The ideal candidate will possess a good attitude, understanding on how to work two bays productively, and be able to handle high volumes of vehicles. We are seeking either and "A" tech or a "B" tech. We offer health benefits, paid vacation two weeks, 7 paid holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive diagnostics on vehicles to identify issues accurately.
• Conduct repairs on various automotive systems, including powertrain and electrical systems.
• Utilize hand tools and diagnostic equipment effectively to complete repairs.
• Maintain detailed records of services performed and parts used.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding vehicle issues and repair options.

Experience

• Proven experience as an Automotive Technician 2 years
• Knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair processes.
• Familiarity with foreign vehicles is a plus.
• Owns amble tools needed for the job.
• Proficiency in working with diagnostic equipment.
• Excellent mechanical knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot complex automotive issues.
• A commitment to osha safety standards.

Pay: $1,100.00 - $2,000.00 per week
