What You'll Do

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns accurately
• Perform maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicle systems
• Complete engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brake, and electrical repairs
• Use diagnostic equipment, service information, wiring diagrams, and technical resources to identify vehicle concerns
• Perform inspections and recommend needed repairs based on vehicle condition
• Complete repair orders accurately and document work performed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work with service advisors and other technicians to keep repairs moving efficiently
• Perform repairs according to dealership and manufacturer standards
• Deliver quality workmanship that helps build customer trust and long-term loyalty

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of automotive technician experience
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a flat-rate environment without sacrificing quality
• Your own professional technician tools and toolbox
• Ability to read and use service information, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to doing the job correctly
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented approach
• Willingness to continue learning as vehicle technology changes
