AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN / MECHANIC

Maverick's Car Care — Full-Time

Pay & Schedule

• $17–$25/hour + commission, based on experience and ability
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• No weekends
• No overtime
• Full-time position

What We're Looking For

• Intermediate to advanced automotive technician
• Experience with a wide range of automotive repair
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Able to diagnose problems accurately and recommend the appropriate repair
• Able to perform authorized repairs independently
• Comfortable working on a variety of vehicle systems
• Own professional tools required
• ASE certification preferred, but not required
• We value demonstrated ability and breadth of experience over a specific number of years
• Not an entry-level oil-change or tire position

Types of Work We Do

• Engine repair and engine replacement/installation
• Transmission replacement and installation
• Tune-ups and general maintenance
• Brake and suspension work
• Starter and charging-system diagnosis and repair
• Automotive electrical diagnosis and repair
• A/C diagnosis and repair
• Drivability and diagnostic work
• General mechanical repair
• Troubleshooting difficult-to-find problems
