Automotive Technician

3D Offroad is looking to add an automotive technician with extensive experience in offroad maintenance and modifications on all makes/models of vehicles. We are a fast paced, team-oriented shop looking for goal-oriented talent that is not only currently knowledgeable but also willing to advance in the industry.

From setting up bulletproof trail rigs to creating SEMA-show-stopping masterpieces, our team lives for precision performance, reliability, and trail-proven excellence. If you are passionate about the off-road industry and possess top-tier mechanical and fabrication skills, we want you in our shop.

• Must have 5 years’ experience as a technician in the offroad industry
• Must possess a complete personal set of professional mechanics tools appropriate for advanced automotive work
• Strong working knowledge of automotive electrical systems, suspension setups, and driveline dynamics
• Able to diagnose, troubleshoot and make recommendations for all make/model of off-road vehicles
• Basic maintenance as well as installation of aftermarket parts and accessories
• Excellent time management skills on large scale projects
• Individually dedicated and able to work with little supervision
• Work efficiently alongside the team to maintain an organized, safe, and professional work environment.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot complex build challenges and proactively communicate solutions or adjustments with the team to keep projects moving smoothly.
• Welding and Fabrication skills preferred, but not required
• Shop hours are Monday-Friday 8-5
• Techs are scheduled and paid based on flag/flat rate industry standards
• Starting pay is negotiable based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
