We are seeking a 310S automotive Technician or a apprentice with 2+ years experience to join our dynamic team. The candidate will possess 2+ Years strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, mechanical knowledge, and excellent customer service skills to ensure our clients receive top-notch service.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using schematics and technical manuals.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for repairs and assembly tasks.
• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential problems before they escalate.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating repair needs and recommendations clearly to clients.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
• Assist with heavy lifting as necessary during repairs or part replacements.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow efficiency and service quality.

Skills

• Proven 2+ years experience as an Automotive Technician
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to work on various vehicle makes and models.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment, including welding when required.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics for effective troubleshooting.
• Capability to perform heavy lifting as needed during repairs or part installations.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
