Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto body repair and a passion for delivering high-quality service. As an Auto Body Technician, you will be responsible for restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition, ensuring customer satisfaction through meticulous workmanship and attention to detail.

Duties

• Perform auto body repairs including frame straightening, panel replacement, and refinishing.
• Utilize welding and soldering techniques to repair damaged components.
• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to assess damage and determine necessary repairs.
• Collaborate with other technicians and staff to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results.
• Provide excellent communication skills to complete tasks and projects in a safe and timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Sanding and prepping panels for paint.
• Wet sanding and buffing panels after paintwork is complete; detailing.

Experience

• Proven experience in auto body repair with a strong portfolio of completed work.
• Proficiency in welding and mechanical knowledge relevant to vehicle repair.
• Experience working with sheet metal is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs.
