Now, here’s who we’re looking for...

We’re looking for an Automotive Technician who can inspect vehicles thoroughly, identify needed repairs, and perform the work they find.

We’re not necessarily looking for a master diagnostic technician.

We ARE looking for someone who knows their way around a vehicle.

You should be comfortable with repairs and services such as:

Brakes

Steering and suspension

Cooling systems

Belts and hoses

Alternators and starters

Engine maintenance and repair

Basic to mid-level vehicle diagnostics

Timing belts

Water pumps

Transmission replacements

Maintenance services

Other general mechanical repairs appropriate to your experience

Most importantly, you need to know how to inspect a vehicle.

We want technicians who can perform a thorough inspection, recognize legitimate maintenance and repair needs, document what they find, and then have the ability to perform much of that work themselves.

We’re not interested in selling customers things they don’t need. We’re interested in finding legitimate problems, explaining them properly, and taking care of our customers.

We run a very organized operation, and we don’t like chaos. Chaos costs us money—and it costs you money. We have processes in place to keep work moving efficiently and give our technicians the opportunity to be productive and successful.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
