Automotive Technician

Job Details: We are hiring an Automotive Technician to execute preventive maintenance, mechanical repairs, engine diagnostics, and auto-electrical troubleshooting for utility vehicle fleets.

• POSITION: Automotive Technician
• WORK SETUP: On-site / Fleet Management Deployment

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform routine automotive preventive maintenance service (PMS), engine oil replacement, filter changes, and fluid top-ups
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair brake systems, steering assemblies, suspension components, and air conditioning units
• Conduct auto-electrical troubleshooting, wiring repairs, battery testing, alternator replacement, and computer diagnostics
• Test-drive service vehicles post-repair to verify operational safety and mechanical performance
• Maintain organized service logs, vehicle inspection checklists, and shop tool inventory records

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Vocational Graduate, Technical Diploma, or TESDA Certification (NC II / NC III in Automotive Servicing)
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in automotive mechanical repair and auto-electrical troubleshooting
• Practical knowledge of gasoline and diesel vehicle engines, brake systems, and OBD diagnostic tools
• Mandatory: Valid Professional Driver's License (Restriction 1, 2, or 3)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to vehicle safety standards
