Automotive Technician/ Mechanic

Experienced Automotive Technician – Big O Tires, Colorado Springs

$1,000/week guaranteed base + commission. Strong producers earn $1,800–$2,500+ per week.

We're a busy shop with a team that gets along, and we're adding one more solid mechanic. You don't need to be a master tech. We need someone who can handle general repair, diagnose common mechanical and drivability problems, work independently, and fix it right the first time.

Pay and schedule

• $1,000/week guaranteed base plus performance commission ($94K–$130K+ per year)
• Higher pay rate for strong diagnostic techs
• Flexible schedules: Saturdays off available, or four 10s, your choice
• Jobs are split fairly by ability, so you never have to fight for work
• Consistent workflow, we have the cars

The work Brakes, steering and suspension, cooling systems, check-engine and drivability, electrical troubleshooting, maintenance, and engine repair based on experience.

What you need

• 3+ years of professional repair experience
• Your own tools and a valid driver's license
• Dependable, productive, and easy to work with

ASE certifications aren't required.
