As an integral part of our Aftersales team, you'll work alongside Service Advisors, Parts Interpreters and fellow Technicians to ensure we consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

As an Automotive Technician, you will:

• Perform servicing, diagnostics and repairs to manufacturer standards
• Diagnose faults using the latest diagnostic equipment and technology
• Complete customer-pay and warranty repairs efficiently and accurately
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
• Support workshop productivity and team success
• Participate in factory training and ongoing professional development
• Contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences every day

What We're Looking For

We're seeking people who:

• Take pride in their workmanship
• Have strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
• Are committed to continuous learning and development
• Enjoy working as part of a team
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Are passionate about delivering quality outcomes for customers

Ideally, you'll have:

• Automotive trade qualifications
• Previous technician experience
• WOF Certification (advantageous but not essential)
• A current New Zealand Driver Licence
