Lawrence Hall is seeking a skilled and experienced Window Tinter to join our team. As a Window Tinter, you will be responsible for tinting windows on various vehicles, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Duties:

• Apply window tint film to vehicles according to customer specifications

• Prepare windows by cleaning and removing any existing tint film

• Apply pre-cut film on tint plotter

• Use heat guns and squeegees to apply the tint film smoothly and evenly

• Ensure proper adhesion of the tint film to the windows

• Inspect finished work for any imperfections or bubbles and make necessary adjustments

• Clean windows after tinting process is complete

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• any other tasks needed/directed by management

Requirements:

• Previous experience in window tinting **REQUIRED**

• Knowledge of power tools and equipment used in window tinting

• Familiarity with glass installation techniques

• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge

• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills are a necessity

• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required

• Attention to detail and precision in workmanship

• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record

• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
