Job Summary:

Kitchen Wholesale Market is based in New York, a commercial kitchen equipment company seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Commercial Kitchen AutoQuotes Specialist to prepare accurate quotations and cost estimates for commercial kitchen projects. The ideal candidate has experience in the foodservice industry, understands commercial kitchen equipment and pricing, and can work closely with the sales team to provide timely and competitive proposals. To be successful in this role, candidates must have prior experience in the commercial food service industry, preferably supporting businesses that manufacture, design, supply, or install commercial kitchen equipment for the US market.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate quotations and cost estimates for commercial kitchen equipment and projects.
• Utilize AutoQuotes (AQ) or similar quotation software to create proposals.
• Maintain and update equipment pricing, product information, and company databases.
• Review project requirements and recommend suitable commercial kitchen equipment.
• Coordinate with the sales team, suppliers, and clients to ensure accurate pricing and quotations.
• Follow company systems, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure quotations are completed accurately and within required timelines.
• Keep up to date with commercial kitchen equipment, industry trends, and supplier pricing.

To be successful in this role, candidates must have prior experience in the commercial food service industry, preferably supporting businesses that manufacture, design, supply, or install commercial kitchen equipment for the US market.

Qualifications

• Experience in the commercial foodservice or commercial kitchen equipment industry is

preferred.

• Knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment, specifications, and pricing.
• Experience with AutoQuotes (AQ)software is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with sales processes, estimating, and quotation preparation.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate databases and records.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant business software.
• Has experience in commercial food service. background in manufacturing kitchen equipment.
