Mandatory technical capabilities

• AUTOSAR Classic BSW: Strong architecture, integration, configuration and troubleshooting knowledge
• Embedded C ECU development: Hands-on experience across end-to-end automotive software delivery
• SiL / vECU / virtualization: Practical experience with virtualized development and validation environments
• Independent work-package ownership: Ability to plan, coordinate and deliver across multiple teams
• Technical customer interaction: Confidence in reviews, solution discussions and multilocation collaboration

Solution Development Ownership

• Lead development and integration of virtualized BSW components.
• Define solutions for virtualization of BSW and ECU software.
• Own work packages, effort planning, risks and technical execution

Architecture Technical Leadership

• Translate requirements into technical concepts and plans.
• Contribute to architecture evolution and reusable frameworks.
• Review design quality and resolve complex cross-layer issues.

Quality Engineering Excellence

• Lead root-cause analysis and permanent corrective actions.
• Define acceptance criteria, test strategy and quality gates.
• Support compliance with project-specific quality requirements
• Collaboration Stakeholder Management

Collaboration Stakeholder Management

• • Act as technical interface to platform, architecture and customer teams. - Lead reviews, feasibility studies and demonstrations. - Mentor junior engineers and drive knowledge sharing.
